Account Security

These terms apply to every person who opens or operates an account on amanplay. Eligibility depends on local law in your region; it is your responsibility to confirm that using this platform is permitted where you reside.

We do not make unannounced changes. We notify you by email at least seven days before any amendment takes effect. The updated version is also published here with a visible revision date so you can review what changed.

A breach may result in a temporary account restriction, full suspension or permanent closure, depending on severity. We will notify you of any action taken and explain which clause was violated before any restriction is applied.

Deposits via DANA, OVO, GoPay and QRIS are processed under the transaction clause in Section 4. Funds must come from an account registered in your own name; third-party payments are not accepted and will be returned.

Email [email protected] with the subject line 'Data Request'. We verify your identity and deliver a full data export to your registered email within 14 business days, in line with our data retention policy.

Contact our 24/7 live chat or email support to request account closure. We will settle any pending balance to your verified DANA, OVO, GoPay or QRIS wallet before processing the closure, which takes up to five business days.
